Spearman Leadership Spectrum is launching in 2026 - a comprehensive, interactive leadership training application designed to foster adolescent leadership and character development. Rooted in extensive research and over 30 years of leadership experience, this program is structured into eight focused modules that address the most essential leadership skills. These modules are crafted to unlock the full potential of participants who engage with and apply the training.
The program's effectiveness is demonstrated by its success with more than 400 students, as well as leadership training delivered to government organizations, Boys and Girls Clubs, College for Kids, and various youth groups. This application offers a proven pathway to developing strong, capable leaders through practical, research-based instruction.
