Gigi Spearman and the late Michael Allen are co-founders of CES Leadership Foundation, Inc for the purpose of developing leadership workshops for youth, providing them with necessary skills to propel them into success. The leadership workshops build character by providing youth with techniques to develop confidence, team building, critical thinking, problem solving, self discipline, self respect, responsibility, and health management. The exercises are fun, exciting and interactive.
CES is named for Gigi's father, the late Clarence E. Spearman, who epitomized leadership. Gigi has over 25 years of military leadership experience and 10 years as a large group instructor.
